Terms of service
The agreement between you and the atelier
Plain terms for shopping with VELORA. By placing an order you accept them; if anything here is unclear, ask us before you buy — we would rather explain than surprise you.

Products & pricing
Every piece is described and photographed as honestly as we can manage; natural fibres vary slightly in texture and tone, and that variation is part of their character, not a defect. Prices are shown in USD. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout, so the total you confirm is the total you pay. If a price is ever listed in error, we will contact you before dispatch and offer a full refund if you prefer.
Orders & acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we email your order confirmation, and the pieces are dispatched within 1–2 business days of acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if a piece is out of stock or a payment cannot be verified — in which case any payment taken is refunded in full.
Payment
We currently accept Card, Cash on Delivery. Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we never store full card numbers. With cash on delivery, you pay when your order arrives. Please keep the amount ready for the courier.
Shipping & returns
Shipping methods, costs and delivery estimates are set out on our Shipping & Returns page and form part of these terms. You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn pieces with tags attached for a full refund, and exchanges ship free both ways.
Repairs for life
Every VELORA piece carries our repairs-for-life promise: send it back at any age and we repair honest wear and construction faults free of charge. The promise covers the garment, not accidental damage or alterations made elsewhere — and if we cannot repair a piece, we will tell you plainly and discuss the fairest way forward.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for the orders placed through your account. Tell us promptly at care@velora.example if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights, or our liability for anything the law does not allow us to limit. Beyond that, our liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for the pieces concerned. The store is provided in good faith, and we work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted.
Changes & contact
We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page, with its date, is the one that governs orders placed after it is published. Questions about these terms — or about an order — are welcome at care@velora.example or via our support page.
